  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Red Currant 10 oz
  • White Cabbage 10 oz
  • Celery stalk 1 piece
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips or grate it using a fine grater.

Shred the cabbage and massage it with your hands to soften it.

Coarsely chop the cilantro (only the leaves). Cut the celery into thin strips.

For the sauce, squeeze the juice from the orange.

Pour the juice into a jar with a lid, add the oil, salt, mustard, and pepper. Add the honey — it should be liquid; if the honey is thick, melt it beforehand. Close the jar with the lid and shake vigorously.
