- Green Papaya 15 oz
- Kohlrabi 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Pickled garlic 5 cloves
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Shred the cabbage.

Peel the kohlrabi.

Grate the kohlrabi on a fine grater.

Add the kohlrabi to the cabbage.
