Ingredients
- Water 10 fl oz
- Black tea 0 oz
- Dried Rosemary 0 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 5 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Brew the tea leaves and mint with boiling water, let steep for 5 minutes, and strain.
Step 2
Add cold milk and cream to the tea.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Add to the tea with milk.
Step 4
Keep in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Serve in tall glasses with ice, garnished with a sprig of fresh mint.
