
Cold Lemon Punch with Champagne

If the drink seems too tart, just add more simple syrup.
Ingredients
- Dry White Wine 0 qt
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Dry Champagne 0 qt
- Fresh Mint 10 leaves
- Caramel Syrup 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zest from the lemons using a fine grater. Then remove the white pith and slice them into half-moons.
Step 2
Place the lemons in a punch bowl, sprinkle with mint leaves and zest. Drizzle with simple syrup and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Then pour in the white wine and let infuse in a cool place for 1 to 12 hours.
Step 4
Before serving, pour in the champagne.
Step 5
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
