Description

Ingredients

  • Chocolate 5 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar 1½ tablespoons
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Ice 3 cups

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Add cocoa, sugar, and mix well.

Step 3

Remove from heat, pour in 120 ml of milk, and stir until smooth. Let it cool to room temperature.

Step 4

In a blender, combine the remaining milk, the cooled chocolate mixture, and ice. Blend on high speed.

Step 5

Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream, grated chocolate, or chocolate sauce.
