Grate the lemon zest and grind it together with black coffee in a grinder. Pour the mixture with lemon juice and water (the amount of water is up to you, depending on how strong you want the coffee to be).

Brew using a coffee maker — either a Turkish coffee pot or an Italian moka pot.
