Ingredients
- Fish 5 oz
- Celery salt 0 oz
- Apple 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Eel 5 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Ground clove a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the carrot and apple into strips 3-4 cm long, and slice the cucumber and tomatoes into half-moon wedges. Place them in a bowl and refrigerate.
Step 2
Cut the cooked, cooled cod into pieces according to the number of servings, place in a dish, drizzle with vinegar, and refrigerate.
Step 3
Before serving, lightly salt the vegetables, mix with 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and arrange on lettuce leaves that have been dried on a napkin; place the pieces of fish on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with celery leaves or allspice. You can vary the flavor of the salad by changing the vegetable selection.
