Ingredients

  • Cod Liver 1 can
  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Onion 3 pieces
  • Pickled Cauliflower 3 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Mustard Greens to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the onion into thin half-rings and marinate for 5 minutes (for the marinade, take half a glass of water, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of sugar). Add a little mustard to the mayonnaise and mix well.

Step 2

Grate the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater, place them on a wide flat dish, and soak with mayonnaise. Top with the drained onions, then the finely sliced pickled cucumbers, grated boiled eggs, and again soak with mayonnaise. Finally, place pieces of cod liver on top, interspersed with black and green olives, and garnish with parsley sprigs.
