You can drizzle it with olive oil, but it's not necessary. The liver is already rich in healthy fats. The salad is incredibly simple to make — the ingredients are mashed and mixed together to form a light pâté. You can use a meat grinder or blender to achieve a creamy consistency. If you're looking for a salad, you can add boiled rice or potatoes.

- Parsley to taste
