Ingredients
- Cod fillet 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil ½ tablespoon
- Tahini 1 tablespoon
- Toasted Cumin Seeds 2 teaspoons
- Miso Paste 2 teaspoons
- Sugar 1½ teaspoons
- Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 2 teaspoons
- Mirin 1 teaspoon
- Chili Oil to taste
- Mixed salad greens to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Green onion tops 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped garlic for a minute until fragrant.

Add the fish and sauté on both sides until cooked through and golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the tahini, sesame seeds, miso, sugar, vinegar, mirin, and chili oil.
