Cocktail with Pineapple and Peach Sorbet
Ingredients
- Donut Peaches 3 pieces
- Dry Champagne 0 qt
- Pineapple 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon 0.5 teaspoons
- Mint 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the peaches and remove the pits. Clean the pineapple and cut out the tough core.
Step 2
Chop the fruits into cubes, place them together in a blender, sprinkle with cinnamon, and puree.
Step 3
Put the puree into ice cube trays and freeze for 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Place 3-5 cubes of frozen fruit puree into each glass (preferably tall). Pour in the chilled champagne.
Step 5
Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
