Description

To prepare the spiced honey syrup, mix floral honey and water in a one-to-one ratio. Add 4 cinnamon sticks, 5 grams of cloves, and 7 grams of anise, with the spice quantities measured per liter of syrup. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Homemade peanut rum is not available in stores, so it should also be made from scratch. Roast the peanuts, then add butter, melt it, and remove from heat. Combine with the rum and let it infuse for 12 hours in a pot in the refrigerator. Afterward, strain well through a fine sieve and transfer to a bottle.

Shake the rum, liqueur, syrup, and kefir in a shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice.
