- Bacardi Lemon Rum 0 fl oz
- Pumpkin Liqueur 0 fl oz
- Egg white 0 oz
- Raspberry leaves 4 pieces

Step 1
Muddle three raspberries in a shaker. Add rum and liqueur, then add half the egg white (separating the white from the yolk beforehand). Shake well. Add ice and shake again.
Step 2
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a raspberry.
