  • Bacon 10 oz
  • Pork tenderloin 10 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Spanish onions 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Sourdough Bread 6 pieces
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Green Butter 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Toast the bread in a toaster, fry the bacon in a pan on both sides.

Step 2

Spread a little mayonnaise on one side of the bread, add the pork loin, bacon (the more, the better), cheese, 2 slices of tomato, sliced onion (optional), and lettuce (layer the ingredients in this order).

Step 3

Cover with the second slice of bread and cut diagonally.
