- Yogurt powder 0 oz
- Anchovies 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the bread on the grill on both sides.
Step 2
Slice the tomato, cucumber, cheese, and trout into thin pieces.
Step 3
Mash the anchovies in a mortar with garlic, add yogurt and chives, and mix well.

Spread yogurt sauce on one side of the toast.
