Classic Irish coffee
Ingredients
- Heavy cream 5 fl oz
- Instant coffee 10 fl oz
- Brown Sugar 4 teaspoons
- Irish Whiskey 5 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Grated Chocolate to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the cream into a small bowl and whip it with a whisk or blender until it forms a strong foam.
Step 2
Warm the tall thick glasses by rinsing them inside with boiling water. Pour the whiskey into the glass, add the sugar, stir, pour in the hot coffee, and stir again.
Step 3
Carefully layer the whipped cream on top.
Step 4
Serve the coffee hot, sprinkled with cinnamon and grated chocolate.
