Classic Burger
Ingredients
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Sweet Red Onion 1 head
- Hard Cheese 4 slices
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Ketchup 4 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Eel 4 stalks
- Hamburger Bun 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Form 4 patties about 1.5 cm thick from the seasoned ground beef.
Step 2
Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, flip, and grill for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
One minute before they are done, place cheese directly on the patties. Remove from grill.
Step 4
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with ketchup.
Step 5
Toast the buns until golden brown.
Step 6
Assemble the burger: on the bottom half of the bun, place a lettuce leaf, a ring of onion, sliced tomato, a tablespoon of sauce, then the patty with cheese, and cover with the top half of the bun.
