Ingredients

  • Honey 4 teaspoons
  • Champagne Vinegar 5 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Oranges 4 pieces
  • Red Grape Juice 2 pieces
  • Grapefruits 1 piece
  • Fresh Mint 1 bunch
  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the dressing, mix the vinegar and honey in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then, while whisking, gradually add the olive oil. Remove the seeds from the chili and finely chop it. Add it to the dressing. (You can add more vinegar or oil if desired)

Step 2

Peel all the citrus fruits and carefully cut out the segments. Transfer them to a bowl.

Step 3

Add the thinly sliced red onion and lightly crushed mint leaves.

Step 4

Drizzle with the dressing and gently toss.

Step 5

Before serving, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
