Ingredients

  • Ciabatta 1 piece
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Onion ½ piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the ciabatta in half. Spread butter on the bottom half, place thinly sliced salmon on top, and then add thin half-rings of onion on the salmon.

Step 2

Drizzle the salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Step 3

Place several slices of thinly cut cheese on top, followed by a few slices of cucumber and tomato.

Step 4

Cover with the other half of the ciabatta. Cut into several pieces, depending on the size of your ciabatta; I usually cut it in half and then diagonally, resulting in four triangles.
