Ingredients
- Lime 4 pieces
- Lime Juice 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Ginger 1 piece
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- Cachaça 10 fl oz
- Ice to taste
- Ginger Green Wine 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the limes. Slice the ginger (3 cm) and limes into thin slices. Place them in a bowl and mix with sugar and 30 mint leaves. Muddle the mixture. Transfer the mixture to a large pitcher, pour in the cachaça, cover, and chill in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Add ice and ginger ale, blend together. Fill glasses with ice and pour in the lemonade. Garnish each drink with a sprig of mint.
