  • Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
  • Romaine lettuce 15 oz
  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Spanish onions 5 oz
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Pitted olives 5 oz
  • Feta cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the chicken fillet in a skillet, cover with salted water, and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and cook for about 10–15 minutes until cooked through, but slightly pink inside. Cool and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Finely chop the lettuce to make 6 cups. Dice the tomatoes and cucumber into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Slice the olives into rings.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Add the lettuce, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and olives to the dressing. Gently toss, then add the crumbled cheese and toss gently again.
