Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces
- Bitter 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Ground clove to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it over low heat with two tablespoons of water, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper and the egg yolks, mix well. Turn off the heat.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites into a thick white foam and gradually fold them into the chocolate, stirring vigorously. Add the milk. Whisk everything together.
Step 4
Pour the mousse into cups and refrigerate or serve warm. It can be garnished with pieces of gold.
