Description
This Chinese salad should be served warm.
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Green Onions 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Step 2
In a deep skillet, heat the sesame oil, pour in the soy sauce, add the finely chopped chili pepper, sesame seeds, and ginger, stir and sauté everything for 1 minute over low heat. Add the ground meat and break it up a bit to make it loose and crumbly. Sauté everything, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour 3 ladles of chicken broth into the skillet and cook for another 10 minutes, then add the rice noodles and cilantro. Depending on your taste preferences, you can add pepper or other seasonings.
