- Turnips 3 pieces
- Chinese green beans 1 head
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage to make about 8 cups. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips or grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Step 4
Add the mint and mix again.
