  • Canned Corn 10 oz
  • Chinese green beans 15 oz
  • Turnips 1½ bunches
  • Vinegar essence 4 tablespoons
  • Grated Ginger Root 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Spanish onions 1 head

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the green peas, shell them, and boil in salted boiling water for about 1 minute. Drain and strain. Clean the Chinese cabbage, wash, dry, and cut into strips.

Step 2

Drain the corn, wash the radishes, peel, and slice them into rounds. Peel and slice the onion into rings. Mix the vegetables with the cooled peas and ginger.

Step 3

Prepare the dressing from the remaining ingredients and mix it with the salad.
