Ingredients
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Turnips 4 pieces
- Dill 1 bunch
- Scallions 3 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Yellow Beets 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Kefir 0 qt
- Sour Cream 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into nice cubes.
Step 3
Chop the green onion and cut the boiled beets into small cubes.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the green onion with the beets and add salt to taste.
Step 5
Cut the radishes into nice cubes, the boiled potatoes into cubes, and cut the egg in half.
Step 6
Grate part of the beet on a fine grater and mix it with kefir, add salt, pepper, and sugar.
Step 7
Combine all the ingredients on a plate, you can arrange it as in the photo.
Step 8
Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetables, add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, and mix (you can use yogurt instead of kefir and sour cream).
Step 9
Garnish with halves of boiled eggs and sprinkle with herbs.
