- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Oranges 4 pieces
- Red Curry Powder 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 15 oz
- Anchovy fillet 0 fl oz
- TABASCO® ½ teaspoon
- Paprika to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the cooked chicken breasts and mix with the orange zest.
Step 2
Peel the oranges and remove the membranes, then cut the flesh into wedges. Chop the green bell pepper.
Step 3
Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder, anchovy essence, a few drops of TABASCO, and paprika.
Step 4
