Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Napa Cabbage 1 head
- Merlot Grapes 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast until cooked, cool it down, and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Separate the cabbage into leaves — set aside a few leaves for decoration, tear the green part of the remaining leaves into pieces and mix with the chicken.
Step 3
Wash the grapes. Cut each berry in half.
Step 4
For the dressing, crush the garlic in a garlic press, mix it with mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients, and serve the salad on a plate decorated with the reserved leaves.
