  • Chicken skin with fat 10 oz
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the skin and place it in a skillet. First, render the fat over low heat. Once this occurs, increase the heat, add a little oil, salt, pepper, and fry the skin until crispy. A few minutes before it's done, add the garlic.

Step 2

Place the skin on a paper towel, then combine it with the cucumbers, peeled and cut into strips. Dress with the sauce.

Step 3

To prepare the sauce, mix the soy sauce with sugar, vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of oil.
