Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Smoked salt 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs in advance and place them in cold water to cool.

Step 2

Coat the chicken breasts with breadcrumbs and fry until crispy. Once fried, cover them with a lid.

Step 3

Slice the tomatoes and cucumber into half-moons and place them in a salad bowl.

Step 4

Cut the warm chicken breasts into cubes and add them to the bowl with tomatoes and cucumber.

Step 5

Slice the cooled eggs into half-moons and add them to the salad bowl (where we have tomatoes, cucumber, and chicken breasts).

Step 6

For the dressing, mix olive oil, paprika, and mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
