Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Chinese green beans 5 stalks
- Scallions 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast and shrimp.
Step 2
Tear the Chinese cabbage into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
Step 3
Cut the canned pineapple into cubes and add it to the bowl.
Step 4
Dice the green onion, bell pepper, and cucumbers, and add them to the bowl.
Step 5
Cut the boiled chicken breast and shrimp into cubes and add them to the bowl. Mix everything together.
Step 6
Prepare the sauce: mix the soy sauce and mayonnaise (It is recommended to serve the sauce separately).
