- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Quince 5 oz
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Orange juice concentrate 5 fl oz
- Turmeric 0 oz
- Ground coriander 0 oz
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast and slice it thinly.
Step 2
Pat dry with a paper towel and grill. Cook on both sides.
Step 3
Wash the quince and cut it into large wedges.
Step 4
Heat a skillet and sauté the quince in butter until soft.
Step 5
Prepare the orange sauce. Mix yogurt, honey, orange juice, turmeric, and coriander until smooth.
Step 6
Cut the cheese into pieces as desired.
Step 7
Assemble the salad. Place the mixed greens in a deep bowl.

Next, add the cheese.

Then, add the quince and chicken.

Dress with the sauce and serve.
