Chicken Salad with Prunes and Nuts

Description
If you plan to leave the salad in the refrigerator overnight, my advice is to add the cucumber just before serving — this way the salad will stay fresh!
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Prunes to taste
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet, cool it, and chop finely.
Step 2
Boil and chop the eggs.
Step 3
Rinse and chop the prunes finely (the amount is up to your preference; the more prunes, the sweeter the taste).
Step 4
Grate the cheese (I use Cheddar).
Step 5
Crush and chop the walnuts finely.
Step 6
Chop the fresh cucumber into small cubes.
Step 7
Dress with mayonnaise and mix well.
