Chicken salad with pineapples, mushrooms, and cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Champignons 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the mushrooms with the onions, adding salt. There's no need to chop the mushrooms too finely.
Step 2
Boil the skinless chicken breast (you can use pre-cooked chicken fillet), cut it into pieces, and add chopped eggs.
Step 3
The cheese can be cut into small cubes or grated on a coarse grater. Then, add it to the chicken and eggs.
Step 4
Drain the pineapple juice. Cut the pineapples into pieces. Add the pineapples to the chicken.
Step 5
Next, press the garlic through a garlic press, mix it with mayonnaise, and use this sauce to dress the salad. Add salt if necessary.
