It's better to use canned pineapple chunks instead of rings: you won't have to cut them.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 15 oz
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet and shred it or cut it into small cubes. Slice the cucumber into matchsticks, then hard boil the eggs and chop them finely.
Step 2
It's best to use a rectangular salad bowl to ensure the layers are even. Layer the ingredients with mayonnaise in the following order: chicken, pineapple, cucumbers. Set aside for 15-20 minutes, then top with layers of eggs and corn.
