Chicken Salad with Pineapple and Cheese
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks ½ can
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Bay leaf to taste
- Green peppercorns to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.

Boil the chicken breast in salted water, adding bay leaf and black peppercorns.
Step 3
Cut the boiled breast into cubes.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Combine the breast, cheese, and canned pineapple pieces in a bowl (if the pineapple is in rings, cut it into cubes about the same size as the chicken breast).
Step 6
Finely chop the garlic clove with a knife or grate it on a fine grater.
Step 7
Add mayonnaise and the chopped garlic to the salad bowl.

Mix well.
Step 9
Let it soak a bit and serve in salad bowls.

Garnish with herbs. The salad is ready to serve.
