Chicken Salad with Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Broccoli 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Turnips 4 pieces
- Eel 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Sugar a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the chicken fillet with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and fry the fillet for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the cauliflower and broccoli and separate them into florets. Blanch the cauliflower in salted water for 6 minutes, then remove it. In the same water, cook the broccoli for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the carrots into strips. Then blanch the carrots in the same water for 2 minutes and remove them.
Step 4
Rinse the vegetables with cold water.
Step 5
Cut the lettuce leaves into strips. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, pepper, salt, and sugar. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables over the salad and drizzle with the dressing.
