Chicken thighs can be replaced with chicken fillet or turkey meat. Dress the salad just before serving. Sour cream can be used instead of mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken thighs in lightly salted water, cool, remove the meat from the bones, and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Boil the champignon mushrooms and chop them finely.
Step 4
Rinse the Chinese cabbage, cut off the tough part, and shred it finely.
Step 5
Chop the dill or parsley finely.
Step 6
Combine the chopped chicken meat, mushrooms, and Chinese cabbage, season with salt, and mix. Add the herbs and mix again.
Step 7
Dress the salad with mayonnaise, mix, and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Garnish the salad with cucumber.
