- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 1 can
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste

Step 1
Boil the chicken breast, chop it, and place it in a salad bowl. Also chop the pineapple and add it to the meat. Finally, add half a can of mushrooms (preferably chanterelles).
Step 2
Pour mayonnaise over the salad, add salt to taste, mix thoroughly — and the salad is ready to serve.
