- Poultry 1 piece
- Pickled Cauliflower 20 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 lbs
- Mayonnaise to taste

Step 1
Boil the chicken. Remove all the meat from the bones and chop finely.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms in a very small amount of oil. Let cool.
Step 3
Remove excess water from the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise.
