Chicken Salad with Mushrooms and Kiwi

In the summer, you can replace kiwi with fresh tomatoes, sliced into thin half-rings.
Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 10 oz
- Kiwi 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Canned Truffles 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the canned mushrooms in half, and dice the chicken, pineapples, and kiwi.
Step 2
Layer in a large bowl, spreading mayonnaise between the layers in the following order: chicken, mushrooms, cheese, kiwi, pineapple. Top with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with herbs if desired.
