Chicken Salad with Mushrooms and Cheese

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 10 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the meat, cool it down, and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.

Step 3

Fry them in vegetable oil.

Step 4

Add finely chopped onion.

Step 5

Add butter, cover with a lid, and turn off the heat.

Step 6

On a plate, place the first layer - chicken meat, spread with mayonnaise.

Step 7

Second layer - mushrooms, again mayonnaise.

Step 8

Grate the eggs and place them as the third layer, add mayonnaise.

Step 9

Grate and sprinkle with a thick layer.

Step 10

Garnish with herbs and olives.
