Chicken Salad with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Poultry 5 lbs
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Onion 4 heads
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken in unsalted water.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped mushrooms and onions in sunflower oil with added salt until cooked.
Step 3
Boil the eggs and chop them finely.
Step 4
Remove the skin and bones from the chicken, and cut it into small pieces. Allow the chicken, mushrooms, and eggs to cool.
Step 5
Then, start layering the ingredients on a plate. First, add the chicken, then the mushrooms with onions, mayonnaise, and eggs. Repeat with another layer of chicken, mushrooms with onions, mayonnaise, and eggs. This should create 2 or 3 layers of salad. Top with mayonnaise and garnish with herbs.
