- Cantaloupe 3 pieces
- English cucumber 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Natural Yogurt ¼ cup
- Tarragon 2 teaspoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
Rub the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until done, but slightly pink inside. Cool and slice into thin strips.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, finely chopped tarragon, and salt. Add the diced melon, diced cucumber, and chicken. Gently mix and serve at room temperature.
