  • Chicken fillet 5 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Sweet Red Onion 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Eel 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water (cook for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling). Boil the eggs (cook for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling). Cool them down by pouring cold water over them. Cut the ham into small strips. Peel the onion, slice it into half-rings, then cut the half-rings in half.

Step 2

Cut the chicken fillet into small strips. Cut the eggs into small longitudinal pieces.

Step 3

In a salad bowl, combine the ham, chicken fillet, mushrooms, eggs, and onion. Season with pepper, add mayonnaise to taste, and mix. If necessary, add a little salt.

Step 4

Place the lettuce leaves on a plate. Top with the salad mixture, and garnish with slices of tomato.
