Chicken Salad with Green Papaya and Carrots
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- 9% Vinegar ¼ cup
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chili jam 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Green Papaya 1 piece
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Cilantro ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Eel 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through and golden brown. Let cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, chili paste, minced garlic, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Peel the papaya and carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 4
Add the chicken pieces and cilantro. Drizzle with the dressing, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
