Description

Since boiled chicken that has been stored in the refrigerator for a day can become dry and rubbery, it is recommended to boil the chicken breasts just before preparing the salad.

  • Salt 3 spoons
  • Mayonnaise 0 oz
  • Natural Yogurt 0 fl oz

  • Merlot Grapes 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Pecan 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the chicken breasts (boneless and skinless) in salted water (2 teaspoons of salt for 5 cups of water), cool them down, and cut into cubes.

Step 2

Thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, and Dijon mustard.

Step 3

Cut the grapes in half, add the chicken, dried capers, nuts, and mayonnaise mixture. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Pecans can be substituted with walnuts; there is no need to crush them, just halve them.
