Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Lime and chili chutney ¼ cup
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Sweet Red Onion 2 tablespoons
- Banana Leaves to taste
- Chopped almonds to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and place them on the grill. Grill for a few minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Let cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and chutney. Add the chicken, halved grapes, finely chopped celery, and finely chopped red onion. Mix well and serve on a platter lined with lettuce leaves. Top with almond flakes.
