Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Red Curry Powder 2 teaspoons
- Dijon Mustard ½ teaspoon
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 3 pieces
- Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
- Roasted Peanuts ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pide bread 3 pieces
- Banana Leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Poach the chicken breasts in a small amount of boiling water until cooked through. Cool and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder, and mustard.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, halved grapes, roughly chopped nuts, and dressing. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Cut the pitas in half and place lettuce leaves inside each half. Fill with the salad and serve.
