- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
- Napa Cabbage 10 oz
- Danish Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast (turkey fillet can be used) until cooked. Cool and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Wash the leaves of Napa cabbage, dry them, and cut into small squares (about 2 cm by 2 cm).
Step 3
Cut the Danish blue cheese into cubes.
Step 4
Slice the grapes in half.
Step 5
Mix everything together and dress with mayonnaise.
